I don't know why i can not connect to a remote Sql server in my Enterprise
Manager, While i can do it through Query Analyzer.

and you probably need to increase that.
In Enterprise Manager, go up to the menu to Tools, select
Options. This opens the Enterprise Manager Properties
window. Click on the advanced tab and increase the login
timeout to something greater than the default 4 seconds.
